We have frequently seen the President and others in government fly to remote locations for photo opportunities to promote awareness of climate change. These trips are in direct contradiction to the type of behavior they should be encouraging.
We call on the President to cut down on unnecessary air travel and prioritize teleconferencing. This change should be promoted by the White House and congress should be encouraged to follow suit.
