Reduce Government Spending and Regulate less

It is time to depoliticize pronouncements of what will be done "someday" and actually cut spending and regulations so as to restore the economy to vibrancy. We petition the Government and its huge bureaucracy to reduce regulation so as to permit businesses to succeed, and we petition the Government to cut (in a reasonable way) entitlements and other costs so as to balance the budget at a level the same as Clinton's. (18% of GNP).
