Reduce government spending by making the Environmental Protection Agency a state run organization.

The EPA controls all pollution regulations that the states enforce. Furthermore they control all the tax payer funds to allocate the protection of wildlife and environments through out the U.S. This should be done at the state level! Why should someone in NY pay for the protection of an owl in Washington state? Why should someone in California pay for emission regulations in MA? This is disgraceful and a blatent misuse of tax payer dollars. Each state should be responsible for their state. The budget for EPA FY13 is roughly 9 billion.
