1. Nothing should deprive a simple majority in the House or Senate from bringing proposed legislation to full vote.
2. Each amendment should be germane to its legislation and supported by the majority that supports the legislation without the amendment.
3. All interactions with lobbyists should be open to press and public.
4. Lobbyists should not be able to provide any benefit of any value.
5. Shortest split line algorithm should redraw all congressional districts.
6. Representation varies from 1 rep to 525K people in RI to 1 rep to 967K people in MT. State delegation should get awarded extra votes to make up deficit.
7. Reduce political swings by having 50% of representatives be elected each year.
8. Campaigns/elections freeze legislative action so increase Rep term to 3 years.
