All of the focus is on who pays for healthcare. We should focus on reducing costs. Pharmaceutical advertising and spiffs for doctors add billions of dollars in costs to our healthcare system. Pharmaceutical comapnies dream up diseases that don't actually exist and create demand for products to cure them. Doctors order unecessary tests because they get paid for them. This should be a no-brainer.
