Our population has grown by over 100M since 1970 while our average fertility rate has remained below replacement levels. We need to slow immigration to replacement levels in order to stop population growth, protect our natural resources, and save what is left of our wilderness areas. If we do not take action now, what has happened to the border states (terrible air quality, lack of open spaces, congestion, lack of water, lack of hospitals, overcrowded schools, etc.) will happen across the nation.
Let's adopt a reasonable policy now so that we don't have to take drastic measures in the future.
