Reduce the inclusion requirements of the Commission on Presidential Debates.

Created by J.H. on March 03, 2014

One of our nation's oft stated beliefs is democracy: the freedom to choose who we want to lead us, the freedom to speak our mind, and the freedom of expression.
We claim to believe in democracy, yet when Presidential candidates other than a Democrat or a Republican manage to get enough ballot access to be theoretically able to win the election, they are almost always excluded from the nation's major Presidential debates that are hosted by the Commission on Presidential Debates.
It's time that we lived up to our stated beliefs. We ask that the inclusion requirements of the CPD be reduced to:

-Ballot access in a number of states sufficient enough to potentially win the election (270 electoral votes).
-Are Constitutionally eligible for office.
