Reduce income for all members of Congress to no more than $100,000 dollars per year.

Created by J.H. on February 12, 2013

Put in place a permanent statute that lowers all pay for Congressmen to no more than $100,000 dollars per year. These delegates are mostly millionaires as it is, and their income only serves to increase their wealth. Imagine the programs that could benefit if all 535 members of Congress had their salaries truncated to a more than comfortable amount. Want to mitigate that ever-widening disparity between the 1% and the 99%? Start with the men who make more than triple the average american: our government.
