Congress has been unable to address an impending fiscal crisis of their own creation.

Allow the Speaker and Minority leader to select the members to be eliminated.

Maintain the required 50 seats (one per state) and reduce the additional seats from the current 385 to 193

Benefit in salaries reduction is 28 million not including benefits and associated support staff.
