Reduce the military budget. We spend more money than all other countries combined. This is an outrage. Discretionary spending in the national budget is being crowded out by spending by the Military-Industrial Complex.
We don't need all this military hardware. We need schools, affordable housing, other public buildings, new roads and bridges, and renovations to all of these.
