Reduce military spending, both direct spending and indirect spending on contractors. Spending doesn't create safety.

The wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and the fear of terrorism has already cost the United States far too much not only in human life but also monetarily. Spending more on defense does not equate to Americans being safer.
