Stop moving everyone in the military around the world every 2 years and change it to every 4 years, with the exception of those in combat. Why is it done anyway? I had a friend in the coast guard who was moved from Key West to Seattle, then to Puerto Rico. Only 2 years at each base, and probably at a cost of $10,000 minimum for each move. These aren't even military personnel who are fighting. It's completely unneccessary and costing the country billions.
