Reduce my taxes to the same as Willard Mitt Romney's or less.

I would like for the taxes for middle class Americans to be reduced to 13.9% or less. This should include both income tax and the full (employer and employee shares of) payroll taxes. If we cannot reduce middle class American's taxes to this amount, then I would like elite folks like Romney to be charged more and pay their fair share.
