reduce the national debt through moderate tax increases for most Americans, combined with reductions in entitlements.

Created by B.R. on November 14, 2012

All Americans are part of our growing debt problem, and we all need to step up to the plate and help solve it. That means that everyone who can afford to pay "a little bit more" in taxes should do so, and that everyone who benefits from welfare or entitlement programs (including Social Security) should get "a little bit" less. In this way we won't be pitting the wealthy 1% against the rest of Americans, but instead we'll all be working together toward the common goal of getting the nation's finances on solid footing.
