President Obama promised to "...cut the deficit in half by the end of my first term". This was the President Bush deficit he was referring to. Obama's deficits are more that double that every year.
Now, after freezing federal employees salaries at abnormally high levels, President Obama just lifted that freeze and gave Federal employees, including Vice President Biden and Congress, a raise.
Not only is President Obama not cutting any significant spending, he is taxing and spending more and more and more.
