Reduce the number of credit hours that students must be enrolled in in order to qualify for federal student loans

Created by J.B. on November 18, 2013

Most students get their undergraduate degrees in 4 years. Unfortunately this can be difficult for certain students, such as students with learning disabilities or students that are required to work part-time in order to pay for their education. Reducing the required number of credit hours that students must take per semester in order to qualify for federal student loans from 12 to 8 would greatly relieve the stress on these students and allow them to perform better academically.
