Breeders are breeding new dogs while 5 million dogs are sent to shelters every year. Breeders are selling dogs to people who cold have adopted and saved a dog's life from the shelter. About every 8 seconds, a dog dies in a shelter. Tax payers are paying 2 BILLION dollars yearly to care and then euthanize these dogs kept in shelters. If we have less breeders, innocent dogs won't be dying in shelters because families looking for a dog will go to shelters and not heartless breeders.
