Created by J.I. on January 13, 2013

Reduce the number of seat in Congress from 448 to 50 and reduce the number of seats in the Senate from 100 to 50. The Average Salary for each congressman is $174,000 yr the Average Salary for a Sentor is $193,400 yrly. By reducing the Number of seats in both houses America would have save a total of Congress 69,252,000yrly Senate 9,670,000yrly with a grand total of $78,922,000. This money could be used to go towards the Debit, Education, put Money back into social Security and even lower Taxes. Lets remember also that the Orignal number of seats was designed for 50 of each to begin with, and since 448 congressmen and 100 senators can't do the Job to begin with, what do we have to lose. Put the power back to where it belongs, By the people for the people.
