Reduce the number of seats in the Congressional House of Representatives.

Created by D.H. on June 06, 2013

American taxes pay $666,391,152.00 yearly for Congressional staff. The current number of Representatives was established in 1911.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results, we need to:

•Reduce the seats in the Senate from 100 to 50.
•Reduce the seats House of Representatives from the current 435 members to 155
•Limit all future members of Congress to 3 terms per seat.
•Reduce all Congressional staffs by 25%.
•Require all members to resign immediately before running for another office (President, Governor, etc.)

Since Congress would no longer be a career institution, it would be in their resumes best interests for them to actually work together for the good of the country.
