Whereas the Declaration of Independence that launched this country on the road to greatness had only 56 signatures and laws can be passed on the approval of 269 people WE THE PEOPLE petition the White House to change the number of signatures back to 25,000 in the interest of promoting democratic involvement of the people in our Republic.
