I can be noted that some good causes never gain a response due to low site traffic or promotion. Some of these are arguably important issues to which a response should be given.
This petition is to encourage the administration to drop the current number of required signatures to obtain a response from 25,000 to 20,000 signatures. This will allow a better hope for some issues to gain a response and more voices to be heard in a reasonable way.
