Cut spending by first cutting salaries of all upper employees from The TOP Down, Starting with the President and all House of Representatives & all of the Senate to a hourly wage of $15.00 per hour 40hr week. All payments & benefits will continue until the end of their term of office at which time it will terminate, if employees would like there medical & other benefits to continue they can pay for them out of their own pockets like the rest of the populace.
Any pay or benefit increases for any high ranking official has to be approved buy popular vote of the people
All Foreign Aid should be redirected to repairing the infrastructure of The United States.
No Foreign Country or non US Citizen should be able to purchase & own US property.
