Reduce or cut pay to members of the House and Senate, Including the President

I live on a budget. Everyone I know lives on a budget. If I don't show up and do a good job at work. I will get fired plain and simple. The same can't be said about our govt. leaders.
How do we hold them accountable? I suggest they "Take a hit" just like the rest of us. Cut there salary cut there perks. (no more using MACs to fly Pelosi's family back and fourth across the country) I know it's not just her, It's the only one I could think of right now. There must be a way to hold them and past leaders responsible for the mess were all in. I know there's a law that says you can't cut the wages of Govt. officials. But laws can be changed ask Obama.
