I am one of thousands that are unemployed and not for lack of trying, that have been penalized on our taxes for not having health insurance. The rate for Texas insurance for me was $125.00 a month! I am also being penalized for living off my IRA and I'm sure I am not the only one this is happening to. Why should the US government be allowed make money off of my misfortune?
