Reduce or Remove EPA restrictions preventing America from obtaining domestic energy resources

Created by N.W. on September 30, 2014

The USA is dependent on imported foreign energy resources. The USA has a vast amount of domestic oil, coal, and natural gas deposits that would rival even Saudi Arabia. The EPA's 'environmental protection' laws are restricting the access to these resources that, if obtained, would not only reduce trade import costs, but also add to US income from exports of these resources and, in addition, the energy prices (ie. gasoline, fossil fuel generated electricity, etc.) would be drastically reduced.
