Reduce the pay of Congressional Representatives

Created by A.A. on March 21, 2014

Basic Senators (without any comparatively significant role in the electoral process) make at a minimum of $174,000 a year. This compared to the relatively small amount of work required by a congressman is highly excessive to say the least. When taking into account the fact that congressmen are paid a salary for life after their retirement proves the vast disparity present in our country.

$9.7 MILLION on average is wasted on the congressional pension. Tell the President that this wasteful use of taxes needs to stop!
