THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION SHOULD be amended to read: [The CITIZENS of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA will vote on pay raises for all Senators, Congressmen and Congresswomen. Term limits will be established for a maximum of 12 yrs.]
