Reduce the pensions of the House and the Senate and all government employees. Set up 401K's or 403B's for them.

Change the government pensions that are killing the ability to balance the budget. Make all government employees contribute to their own 401K's. Their pensions should be based on their earnings not their service time just like it is for corporate employees. We need to reduce the pensions to survive the fiscal cliff. Make all government employees accept the new healthcare plan instead of Congress being exempt.
