Reduce the power of Child Protective Services without approval from judicial process. Restore parental rights.

Created by D.P. on April 29, 2013

We the people respectfully request beyond state legislation, nationwide, that "Child Protective Services" have their "abilities" limited to the jurisdiction of the judicial branch of local and federal governments.

"Child Protective Services" shall not be able to remove a child from its parental environment without judicial process with exception to rare circumstance where as a police officer, doctor and social worker have all determined beyond a shadow of doubt that if the child or children remained under the current conditions of care, the said child or children would be in extreme and immediate danger of loss of life or physical bodily harm under threat of perjury if doubt proven. Parental rights need restored in America.
