This petition is intended to give the people their true say in the lawmaking process. This will alter the way laws are passed. Congress alone can no longer pass laws without the approval of this new law making process.
With this petition, everyone in each state will vote on a bill, accepting or declining, the bill to be approved as a law. The majority vote of each state declares the state's vote. The majority of all 50 states approves a bill into a national law.
This law making process is intended to reduce the power of our federal government. We the people of the United States have the ultimate say in the way our government is to be run, eliminating laws that by their nature are unconstitutional.
