Reduce the prices of healthier foods to make healthy food affordable and available to american families and individuals.

Most healthy food in the United States are more expensive than fast food. Almost 1/3 of U.S. citizens are either obese or overweight. According to the CIA World Fact book, we are the country with the most obese people in the world. We have an obesity epidemic happening right now. Fast food adds to this problem; its cheap, fast, and fattening. Most healthy food are more expensive than fast food. Most american families and individuals can't buy healthy food because of the on going recession. It's too expensive. I am proposing to Barack Obama that companies and incorporations should lower healthy food prices at equal or lower prices than fast food prices.
