reduce principal on mortgages to current market value

Created by G.B. on May 11, 2013

The economic collapse in 2008 devastated our economy, creating job losses and plummeting housing values. Wall Street and the Big Banks were bailed out on the backs of the middle class but no provisions were made for middle class homeowners. We (the middle class) seek to balance the playing field would by reducing the principal on all mortgages to current market value. This would ensure that homeowners could afford to stay in their homes and have the ability to sell them at fair market value.
