reduce the processing time of US permanent resident's spouse and childern(F2A).

I am a legal permanent resident of united state and i have been living in US since last 3 and half years. I got married about one and half year ago in my country and came back to US and i applied I-130 petition in USCIS which is approved and USCIS sent to NVC (National Visa Center) on July 2014. My case is pending at NVC where it is already in completed list and they said to wait until the visa number is available. Its very painful to stay away from wife so i would humbly request you to take the action for this kind of case.
Processing time is fine but other waiting time is the most painful time for me.
