Reduce Puerto Rico's government spending by reducing Puerto Rico's government employees wages to the federal minimum.

Puerto Rico's government has carelessly placed it's public in finacial turmoil. To allow Puerto Rico's government to understand the struggle of its people and to further cut deficits in the budget, Puerto Rico's federal and local government wages should be reduced to the federal minimum wage. As graduates, post-graduates and most of the working population average income is at or below the federal minimum wage, so to shall it's government earn what it's economy provides for it's people. The Puerto Rican government wants to reduce wages, they shall start with the Puerto Rican government wages, including removing bonuses and any retention payment plans.
