Reduce regulations on the purchases of firearms in the state of California

California is known as a state with some of the harshest as well as strict policies and regulations on the purchasing and bearing of firearms. This petition is to reduce such measures and make law-abiding firearm owners not feel as if they are criminals when they exercise their 2nd amendment rights. This petition's main goal is to abolish California's 10 day waiting period, to "re-word" the definition of the term "assault weapon" as California's views on such a word are incorrect, this petition is to also rid of the 10 round capacity regulation, and finally to allow the law-abiding citizens in this fine state to do with their 2nd amendment rights as they please, for they do nothing wrong and cause no harm.
