For many years I have believed that Nuclear Waste can be reduced to were man can touch it with his bare
hands. I think that this can happen within a lifetime. In other words spent rods will be safe to human touch
and the process will take about 70 years vs 1000s and 1000s of years. But, for now we do not have a way
of reducing the danger of nuclear waste or do we? I don’t know about you, but I don’t want answer to God,
when asked, “What did you do with nuclear energy? You used it once and then buried it in the sand? “
