my mother Robbie Sue Walker was sentenced to 12 years 85% in south Carolina department of corrections for a 1st offense drug charge.this is extremely harsh sentencing. since when is distribution of drugs first offense a violent crime and why are sex offenders being slapped on the hand and released back to become repeat offenders while the people we could help are left to die in prison.
