Reduce the salary of all Congress and Cabinet members to less than $100,000 until the U.S can maintain a surplus.

We the People call upon our Public Servants to put our voice ahead of their outrageous salaries. Until the U.S can maintain a surplus, there is absolutely no reason our tax money should benefit a Congress and President who cannot get along.
