Reduce the salary of all those in Congress.

It is unethical for members of Congress to vote themselves a pay raise. You receive a raise in salary when you go above and beyond your job description and are deemed worthy by your superiors. Congress has frequently failed to even meet the basic outlines of their job description and should be considered for termination of employment but should definitely receive a reduction in pay.
