Reduce the Salary of Congress by 30%, and adjustment of other benefits and practices.

1. Reduce Congress/Senate salary by 30%, or increase number of days worked to 300. 2. Reduce Rank and File Pay by 50%. 3. Eliminate the Federal Employees' Retirement System Act of 1986, they can use Social Security like the rest of us. 4. Eliminate all Tax Deductions associated with their position. 5. Retirement and health care benefits will mirror that of the Military. 6. Congress/Senate will never be allowed to vote on its own pay raises and will receive the same pay raises of the Military/Federal employees. 7. They will not use their position for any kind of endorsement, backing, or spokemanship. 9. Congress/Senate will not be allowed to receive any money, gifts, donations or services of any lobby group. 10. No Congress/Senate person shall ever serve more than 2 terms.
