Reduce the salary of Congress, the President and Vice President by sixty percent and stop all Federally funded benefits. Further more all retired Federal representatives will have their retirement reduced by seventy-five percent and all other benefits removed. A fifteen year ban on any and all raises shall be put into place on all Federal elected officials.
