Reduce the salary of members of Congress to the "real" median household income, adjusted annually without raises.

For too long Congress has been allowed to sign their own paychecks, and vote themselves raises. We believe that our representatives in Congress should make what the rest of us make. When the households of the United States of America prosper, then so shall our members of Congress. These men and women should be public servants, not fraternity members who line their own pockets with the proceeds of ill-gotten gains.
