Reduce the salary, wages, and benefits of the president, vice president, & congress to $50,000 per year.

This petition is to reduce the wages of the president, the vice president, members of the senate, and members of the house. The idea that they can spend our country deeper into debt, while raising taxes, along with giving themselves a raise is appalling. Until these elected officials can better manage the funds of the United States of America, we the people demand that the salary, wages, benefits, etc of the previously stated officials be reduced to not exceed $50,000USD per year; until the national debt is paid in full, and taxes are reduced to a reasonable flat percentage amount.
