To reduce the sentence my husband and his twin brother are serving in the South Dakota prison sytem for felonies.

My husband Brian Krause and his brother Ryan Krause were sentenced to the South Dakota State Pen for grand theft and unlawful use of computer system. They attended counseling and paid full restitution to the victims. They were truly sorry for their actions: an ebay addiction that took over their lives. The judge told them they were Rehabilitated but that he wanted to make an example out of them and gave them 10 years in the pen. This is an extreme hardship for me, Brians wife as I have epilepsy and relied on my husband for apptointments and support. All I ask is a sentence reduction or to have the sentences run at the same time. Please help me.
