The number of seats in the House of Representives would be reduced by 25%. This would reduce the size of government, reduce the budget for the House and provide for a stagered election of the representaives. Each states number of representatives would be reduced by 25% This would also provide an oppotunity to redraw district lines in the hope of eliminating the politically drawn lines that now exist.
