Reduce the size of new AR-15 ammo clips and similar rifles from 30 or 60 to a maximum of 7. This will make the guns similar to private hunting rifles. Allow existing ammo clips to remain in circulation. Have the ATF agents to buy up the large ammo clips at public and private gun shows and give them to law enforcement agencies where needed.
