Reduce spending by 10% in all government programs, since 'we' 300 Million benefit - we agree 10% cut to all our benefits

Assuming we all benefit from all programs from Defense to Environment, Education to Health and Wages to Retirement Benefits, we the people demand our Government cut 'all' programs by 10%. Once all programs are cut, re-evaluate our goals and services to determine if additional revenue is needed via taxes. We cannot continue to increase spending each year and not reduce our deficit - this can't be political (either party) we must stop all this partisan politics and run our government properly.
