Reduce taxes on military/prisons and use that money to fund the public school system, which is internationally failing.

With the US Forces moving out of the Middle East, we can cut taxes concerning defense and use that saved money to fund the Public Education System, which is unfortunately failing to meet satisfactory international standards. Taxes for prisons should also be reduced. There is a strict correlation between education rates and prison rates. With a more solid education system we can lower crime rates.
This is our future. If we want our homeland to continue producing world leaders in all industries then we need to improve the school's education to compete.
