Reduce taxes through consolidation of municipalities, and implementation of the use of renewable energy installation.

This petition is make it mandatory for all Federal, State, and local governments to condense municipalities, install energy efficient lighting (LED), heating, and cooling (Geothermal) with the use of renewable energy (Solar, Wind) to reduce energy costs and carbon footprint of each community. Every community whether city or rural town needs municipalities, each having costs associated with its function. By combining Police, Courthouse, Fire, Hospital, and Public works into as few facilities as possible, sectioned by department, a community can reduce the costs for maintenance on facilities, lighting, heating and cooling costs as well as reduce response time in emergencies. This practice used nation wide has the potential to reduce taxes in every community large and small.
