Reduce the term limits, subsidies, payroll as well as every other fringe benefit of Senate and Congress persons.

In order to bail out on National Debt the Congress and Senate should be forced to fore go any and all fringe benefits, payroll and should be required to only serve for a limited term and NOT be able to RETIRE from Government.
